Toshia was amazing when we first toured the property. She was very knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer every question we had. The grounds are beautiful, it’s in an amazing location and it has a nice clean gym. All access to the grounds are controlled so I don’t have to worry about safety and they have a heated garage!! Moving in we have been working the new manager Chris. He has been a dream to work with. So easy going and also very knowledgeable. I’m so glad we chose this location!

We love it here at the Pines! The location is great, close to Catron Blvd., South Walmart, Big D, Taco Bell, Pizza Ranch n ARBY'S. From the security to the elevator to the nice & spacious community room to the warm pool! Oh! They accept pets here too. Happy Birthday Princess Lilly Rose!!

10/10 experience living here so far. The staff here is awesome to work with and they show a lot of care for the place. Apartments are nice and the people are friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to live.

The best apartment living experience I have ever had. You are close to everything with easy freeway access, yet it's a quiet area. Safe to walk the neighborhood, as people are out all hours with their dogs. Barbecues are always open, decent gym with freewights and stationary machines, everyone is polite. Renee, the manager, was extremely kind and accomodating to our family and is just a lovely person, in general. If I were going back to Rapid City, I would book gladly move in here again. You can't go wrong.

I have lived here for 10 months now. Management switched since we started our lease but they both are really nice and are easy to get a hold of. We have had zero issues as of living here and are renewing our lease with a different room mate. The pine management is making this process much easier and making the switch go smooth. The apartment comes with free access to a weight room, pool, day hall, grills, and a fire pit. The only down side is the weight room doesn't have as much as people would like. These apartments are affordable as long as you have a decent paying job and have roommates. I highly recommend the pines to any friends or family when they are looking for a place to move to.

We haven't moved in yet but we were having a very hard time finding a place to live when we move back to Rapid. When we found out a unit was coming available here the apartment manager was extremely friendly and helpful with applying for the lease and answering questions. She really went above and beyond and we really appreciate all of her help! We are looking forward to moving in soon.

Lived here for 9 months and found it to be a wonderful place to live. Close to shopping and close enough to down town but far enough away from the traffic hustle and bustle. Great management and liked the amenities provided.

The Pines offers the features and amenities that we were looking for. The staff are friendly and responsive. The buildings and grounds are largely clean and well maintained, and security is good. We have not lived in apartments for years before, so we cannot compare The Pines to others, but we like it here.

Moving to Rapid City for work and was looking for something furnished. Found The Pines after a very long search. Place looks great, pool, gym BBQ, etc. Have not moved in yet, but the process has been very easy. Dawn is a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions promptly. Property looks great, looking forward to writing a follow up once I move in.

LuLu gives The Pines 4-paws up for a living space with quiet beauty & cleanliness. We know Dawn, Tony, & Jaime by name because they take care of us like family. I sold my home in April & moved to a new life at The Pines community in Rapid City & am happy as can be. Dawn loves to showcase activities that interest the Residents, like Wine Down Wednesday, Ice Cream Bar, or my recent personal favorite Yappy Hour for doggies & their owners. And even if you aren’t a pet person you will love everything about this place.

First of all, I’m highly impressed with the staff here at Pines. Dawn was very easy to work with & was very understanding as well as accommodating. Secondly, the apartments are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I love the entry is indoors. It’s very secure. I also love the marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and how spacious the apartments are. I definitely feel at home here. I would HIGHLY recommend the Pines apartments.

I have lived at the pines for 2 weeks now. I absolutely love this place. Dawn, the manager has been spot on when I ask for anything. I didn’t get to see the pines in person before I moved in but Dawn was a tremendous help answering my one million questions. My place is really nice and I have no complaints. Tony with maintenance is very prompt with any issues. Thank you Dawn for all of your help. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The Pines are beautiful, pet friendly apartments. Which was highly important to us, as we have two very large dogs. Our apartment has an excellent layout and is sound proof to other apartments. Overall the community is quiet and friendly. The manager (Dawn) is also very friendly and maintenance (Tony) is very fast to respond to any requests. Incredible community of people and pups! Note: I’ve lived here for 3years now and please note that any negative reviews regarding the on-site manager are in relation to the old manager (Tanya). She was awful, never available, never attended to any even simple requests.
