First time I have rented an apartment without seeing it in advance. Dawn was awesome to work with. Gorgeous first impression, apartment was perfect and location is ideal. If you are looking in Rapid City I would look here first!

These are very nice apartments that have not disappointed. They have great space and a wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Lived here for 9 months and found it to be a wonderful place to live. Close to shopping and close enough to down town but far enough away from the traffic hustle and bustle. Great management and liked the amenities provided.

The Pines offers the features and amenities that we were looking for. The staff are friendly and responsive. The buildings and grounds are largely clean and well maintained, and security is good. We have not lived in apartments for years before, so we cannot compare The Pines to others, but we like it here.
