Great apartment, good location in Rapid City to all stores and city attractions

I have lived here for 10 months now. Management switched since we started our lease but they both are really nice and are easy to get a hold of. We have had zero issues as of living here and are renewing our lease with a different room mate. The pine management is making this process much easier and making the switch go smooth. The apartment comes with free access to a weight room, pool, day hall, grills, and a fire pit. The only down side is the weight room doesn't have as much as people would like. These apartments are affordable as long as you have a decent paying job and have roommates. I highly recommend the pines to any friends or family when they are looking for a place to move to.

We haven't moved in yet but we were having a very hard time finding a place to live when we move back to Rapid. When we found out a unit was coming available here the apartment manager was extremely friendly and helpful with applying for the lease and answering questions. She really went above and beyond and we really appreciate all of her help! We are looking forward to moving in soon.

If you are looking for a safe, beautiful place to call home, The Pines Apartments are where you need to be. The on-site staff have been welcoming & helpful from the start.

I love everything about The Pines and Dawn is amazing❤ My apartment is incredible and everyone here is very nice. I would highly recommended The Pines to everyone.

First time I have rented an apartment without seeing it in advance. Dawn was awesome to work with. Gorgeous first impression, apartment was perfect and location is ideal. If you are looking in Rapid City I would look here first!

These are very nice apartments that have not disappointed. They have great space and a wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
