APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Rapid City

First of all, I’m highly impressed with the staff here at Pines. Dawn was very easy to work with & was very understanding as well as accommodating. Secondly, the apartments are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I love the entry is indoors. It’s very secure. I also love the marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and how spacious the apartments are. I definitely feel at home here. I would HIGHLY recommend the Pines apartments.

I have lived at the pines for 2 weeks now. I absolutely love this place. Dawn, the manager has been spot on when I ask for anything. I didn’t get to see the pines in person before I moved in but Dawn was a tremendous help answering my one million questions. My place is really nice and I have no complaints. Tony with maintenance is very prompt with any issues. Thank you Dawn for all of your help. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The Pines are beautiful, pet friendly apartments. Which was highly important to us, as we have two very large dogs. Our apartment has an excellent layout and is sound proof to other apartments. Overall the community is quiet and friendly. The manager (Dawn) is also very friendly and maintenance (Tony) is very fast to respond to any requests. Incredible community of people and pups! Note: I’ve lived here for 3years now and please note that any negative reviews regarding the on-site manager are in relation to the old manager (Tanya). She was awful, never available, never attended to any even simple requests.
